These terms govern your use of singleshot.coffee and any subscription you purchase from Single Shot Coffee Ltd ("we", "us", "Single Shot"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you will continue to receive coffee until the period you have paid for ends.
To cancel, email hello@singleshot.coffee with your order details. We will confirm cancellation within 2 business days.
Under UK consumer law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of your first order. If you cancel within this window and your first box has not yet been dispatched, you are entitled to a full refund.
If your coffee arrives damaged, stale, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion. We take product quality seriously and would rather hear about a problem than not.
We do not offer refunds for personal taste preferences — coffee is subjective and we make no guarantees that you will enjoy every origin. We do guarantee that everything we ship is specialty grade and correctly described.
All content on this site — copy, images, brand identity — is owned by Single Shot Coffee Ltd. You may not reproduce it without written permission.
Our liability to you is limited to the value of your most recent subscription payment. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
We may update these terms. If you have an active subscription, we will notify you of significant changes by email before they take effect.
