We ship beans roasted to order, monthly. Temperature Zero subscribers also receive a quarterly cold-brew concentrate drawn from that month's origin: 500ml, ready to dilute, shelf-stable for two weeks.

Both extractions are prepared from the same harvest, within a week of each other. Your beans for the espresso machine. The bottle for everything else.
